Courier Costs

Auckland:

  • Delivery for standard (non-rural) orders in Auckland is $7.50
  • Rural deliveries in Auckland have an additional surcharge of $5.00
  • Delivery of an oversize item to a standard (non-rural) address in Auckland is $45.00
  • Delivery of an oversize item to a rural address in Auckland is $55.00

Rest of North Island:

  • Delivery for standard (non-rural) orders in the North Island (excl. Auckland) is $10.50
  • Rural deliveries in the North Island (excl. Auckland) have an additional surcharge of $5.00 (Incl. Coromandel)
  • Delivery of an oversize item to a standard (non-rural) address in the North Island (excl. Auckland) is $60.00
  • Delivery of an oversize item to a rural address in the North Island (excl. Auckland is $75.00 (Incl. Coromandel)

South Island :

  • Delivery for standard (non-rural) orders in the South Island is $13.50
  • Rural deliveries within the South Island have an additional surcharge of $5.00
  • Delivery of an oversize item to a standard (non-rural) address in the South Island is $95.00
  • Delivery of an oversize item to a rural address in the South Island is $139.50

All pricing includes GST.

    Outlying Islands - No Service Available :

    • We are unable to courier product to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (Waiheke, Great Barrier etc), the Chatham Islands and to Stewart Island. 

    Click and Collect :

    • You are welcome to collect your order for no charge at our warehouse at 163G Marua Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland. Please contact us first to arrange collection.

    We only ship within mainland NZ. If you are ordering from overseas, please provide a NZ delivery address (family, friend, colleague) who may be able to organise overseas freight for you.

    We use both Aramex Couriers and Post Haste Couriers with fully trackable delivery systems.

    Delivery Times

    Delivery is normally 2-4 days. Rural delivery addresses may be slightly longer.

    Our daily cut-off for orders is generally 11.30am with orders received after this time generally picked and dispatched the following working day.

    You are usually able to collect an order from our Auckland warehouse same day or next business day.
