We only ship within mainland NZ. If you are ordering from overseas, please provide a NZ delivery address (family, friend, colleague) who can organise overseas freight for you.
We use Aramex Couriers and Post Haste Couriers and we use Mainfreight for most Oversize items.
Delivery Times
Delivery is normally 2-4 days. Rural delivery addresses may be slightly longer.
Our daily cut-off for orders is generally 1.00pm pm with orders received after this time generally dispatched the following working day.
You are usually able to collect an order from our Auckland warehouse same day or next business day.
Rural Delivery Designation
The decision as to what is a Rural delivery address is made by our courier companies, NOT by Decor Flowers.
Multiple Oversize Items
In some rare cases, we may contact you regarding additional freight costs for multiple extra large or oversize products. Because our website automatically calculates one freight cost per order we may need to talk with you if there are multiple oversize items within one order.
