Returns

Please choose your order carefully as only damaged or faulty goods can be returned. In this way we are meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). 

If your product has arrived damaged, or you have a concern with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of order delivery. 

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund you, however we may, at our discretion charge a re-stocking fee and/or merchant credit card fees. Alternatively we will give you a store credit.

Haven’t received your Order? If you have not received your order within 5 working days of order placement, please email us so we may begin a track and trace investigation.
